Blending the zen of singing bowls with the stress-melting heat of the sauna, this session from Shaun at BALM sound - originator of the UK Sauna Sound Bath, with 4,000+ people guided to calm across London - is devised to leave you uplifted, restored and deeply relaxed.

Skuna Aufguss
Running every week, our expert sauna team bring you a ritual of scent, air movement and rhythm - complemented by curated playlists. Enjoy a feel-good sensory journey to wind down, with refreshments and fresh oranges on board.
Cold plunges are available to access in between Aufguss rounds, to feel an extra endorphin boost.

A specialist, exclusive 60 minute immersive session, followed by an extra 15 minutes of sauna and changing time at the end. Aufguss on water is led by an award-winning Sauna Master, infusing steam, essential oils, music and rhythm to help you slow down, reset and leave the quayside feeling lighter.
